Euphoria's Updated Ragdoll Physics

This is my first Euphoria mod. I'm aiming for a more arcadey feel, similar to GTA 4 and Max Payne.

BUGS: Currently, there are no known bugs.

INSTALL: Drag and drop the OIV file into OpenIV, select the mods folder, and let it install.

FIXED BUGS: Stun gun functionality and force from large firearms.
