Enhanced Visuals with Ryftix's QuantV/NVE Lighting Reshade Preset

Here is my next Reshade Preset for QuantV and/or NVE(NVR): Step 1: Open the rar file. Step 2: Drag the "Ryftix's Advanced Lighting Reshade Preset.ini" into the GTA/reshade-shaders/presets folder.
