Enhanced Visuals for VisualV with Ernie's ReShade and ENB

Hi Guys, my name is Ernie. Im also known as aurorasleeper on discord. this is most likely the best Reshade preset I've ever created and I would like to share it.

Both the preset and enb configuration are based on having true-to-life accuracy. The preset took about 2 weeks of side by side comparison to video recordings of California and photos. Both comparisons were made between game recording playback and real videos found across the internet. Screenshots were also carefully analyzed and compared to real photographs before I made a final decision. VisualV is an absolutely beautiful project and serves as a great base for me to unleash my creative skill. My enb and reshade preset may be renamed in the future, but here it is as of now. I may include a RTGI version later on, but that's about all.

KNOWN ISSUES - at full sundown, the game is too dark. Simple fix for now is to press the assigned shortcut key on your keyboard to disable the effect.
