Enhanced Vice City V with NVE Reshade

Requirements:

• NVE (Razed)
• Reshade (Crosire)

Optional but recommended :

• Parallax Roads and White LED Streetlights (both included in NVE's ''optional add-ons'' folder)
• L.A Trees - (terrom)

Install :

1. Download and install NVE. Install it and the Parallax Roads [optional] from "optional add-ons" using openiv.
2. Extract the "vicecity.ini" to your GTA directory [where you installed the game].
3. Download and install reshade. Run reshade and tick necessary requirements, when asked to select which effects to install, click "choose a preset file [ini] and select "vicecity.ini", click "next" and you should be done.
4. Run GTA and press "home" to open the reshade menu, do the tutorial or don't, the reshade should load on its own, if not then click one of the arrows in the top left till you see the "vicecity".ini is selected.

Times of day:

• Extra sunny - best used hours 7-21
• Clear - best used hours 5-22
• Smog - best used hours 17-22
• Foggy - best used hours 6-18
• Overcast - best used 7-20
• Rain - best used hours 17-0
• Thunder - best used hours 22-5
• Cloudy - best used hours 5-10 and 20-22
• Neutral - best used hours 19-20
• Overcast - best used hours 4-18
• Clearing - best used hours 18 -22
• Snow - best used hours 5-6
• Clearing - best used hours 6-12 \ 18-21
