Enhanced Train Performance on Dual Tracks

This modification builds upon Walter's Improved Trains mod, specifically its "trains.xml" file. It also incorporates Transitman's "2 Trains 2 Tracks" mod by utilizing the "trains1.dat" and "trains4.dat" files.

Essentially, this mod introduces compatibility between the Improved Trains mod and the 2 Trains 2 Tracks system.
