Enhanced NFS Heat Graphics with GTA 5 Reshade

I use NVR and Redux, both of which are free.

How to install instructions: Go to the Reshade website and download it. Select GTA 5 during the installation process. Download my Reshade preset or someone else's preset, then place the "NFS Heat.ini" file into your GTA main directory or folder. Set ENB Vehicles reflection to 2.00. It won't look exactly like NFS Heat, but it's a good improvement.
