Enhanced EnB for Cinematic Lighting and Realistic Nightscapes

This is likely the most optimized and realistic ENB, especially at night. I recommend using it with QuantV. **IMPORTANT NOTE:** Using this ENB with mods other than QuantV may result in glitches in the night sky. **FIX:** Simply adjust the star intensity under the "Sky" section in the ENB menu according to the time of day. Setting it to 0 or 1 usually works best. A version for users not using QuantV will be uploaded soon, as well as the RTGI preset I use.
