Dynamic NPC Interactions Based on Player Weaponry

While experimenting with the "shockingevents.ymt" file in OpenIV, I discovered an unfinished feature called "CEventShockingVisibleWeapon". This likely intended for NPCs to react or even flee when they see the player wielding a weapon, similar to GTA IV.

I made some adjustments to this file by modifying values and incorporating a rarely used NPC voiceline called "GUN_COOL," which works perfectly for this scenario!

As an added bonus, NPCs will sometimes glance at the player when they are holding a weapon, akin to how they react when a nearby car honks.

INSTALLATION:

Place the file at: "mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/tune"

Simply load into the game!

Approach an NPC or group of NPCs and draw any firearm (melee weapons will not trigger this).

If an NPC doesn't react, switch to unarmed mode and back again to ensure it works.
