Using OPEN IV in edit mode copy dlc.rpf file inside the mppatchesng into your mods folder.
Using OPEN IV install the files (drag from folder) in the right place following the rute i gave you

- Fixed previous version: added missing .ytm file and remove unnecessary .ytf file
