Disable Minimap Fade Out

OpenIV

Installation:

1. Open OpenIV
2. Select GTA V
3. Follow the path: GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/x64/textures
4. Enable edit mode
5. Navigate to graphics.ytd
6. Replace the original graphics.ytd with my graphics.ytd
