File replacement location: GTA V/x64m.rpf/levels/gta5/ cityw/venice 01/vb 24.rpf
Remember to back up the original files before replacing them.
The original picture is from Pixiv IDs 90644893 and 90623812, created by TOKKYU.
Instructions:
1) Backup x64m.rpf
2) Use OpenIV and locate x64m.rpf
3) Enable edit mode and drag the files.
