Description:
As the title mentioned, this replaces Rockstars' boring loading video and Music
(You may wish to install either one or both)

Installation
Remember to create backups!
Launch Open IV
Enable edit mode
Replace:
Rockstar_Logos.blk : Mods > update > update.rpf > x64 > Movies
td_loading_music.awc : Mods > x64 > Audio > SFX > PROLOGUE.rpf
