[Installation Instructions]

Open openiv, click "tools" → "package installer" → select the license plate OIV package you like → install it!!!

[Usage Instructions]

In-game, default key is 0 (above o key) to switch Chinese license plate.

License plate text and license plate style can be customized in the INI file.

Includes a template for creating your own Chinese license plates.
