Custom Paint Scheme & Tuning Setup for SAS994's Coil Raiden

This is my latest modification. It includes a ghost livery for the car and a new DLS configuration. The DLS configuration features fast strobe patterns and a unique approach compared to the slow patterns typically found in GTA V.
