Covert Correction

This modification addresses stealth-related issues within the game. It allows for civilian elimination without police intervention unless a witness reports the crime. Additionally, it prevents cats and dogs from summoning law enforcement.

INSTALLATION

1. Launch OpenIV. 2. Create backups of the original files (optional). 3. Replace the following files: * witnessinformation.meta * crimeinformation.meta in the following location(s): mods/common.rpf/data/ai OR mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ai No known issues exist. Compatibility confirmed with game version 1.0.3095.
