Converting FIB IDs to FBI Credentials

You've installed mods that transform the FIB into the FBI, changing agent jackets and building textures. But when you encounter costumed agents inside the FBI building, their ID cards still say "FIB"! This mod fixes that issue, replacing "FIB" with "FBI" on the agents' IDs for complete immersion.
