INSTALL:

Launch OpenIV.
Drag and drop the folder "modern_wood_house_1a" into the following directory: "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
Navigate to "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data". Open the file "dlclist.xml" and append the line "dlcpacks:/modern_wood_house_1a/".
