Billboard Advertisement Featuring a Pigpen

The famous Pig Pen Strip Club from GTA SA is making a comeback in GTA V!
This mod introduces two billboard advertisements announcing the reopening of the Pig Pen, one located in the industrial area of the city and another along Joshua Road in Blaine County.
- **Two unique billboards:** One in the city's Industrial district and the other on Joshua Road in Blaine County. - **Adaptable for Los Angeles or Los Santos!** - Designed with a classic GTA aesthetic, matching colors and styles. - Realistic weathering effects like dirt, discoloration, and loosening PVC, creating a distinct look for each billboard. - **Three options per billboard:** 1. "New" - Announcing the imminent reopening. 2. "Light Dirt" - Suggesting a slight delay in the reopening. 3. "Heavy Dirt" - Raising questions about the status of the reopening with heavy weathering. - **Two additional Blaine County options:** Graffiti for the "Light Dirt" and "Heavy Dirt" versions, potentially created by members of the First Redemption Church. - Full LOD support! - Simple installation process (backup files included)! - A nostalgic tribute for seasoned players and an introduction to GTA history for newcomers!
