This mod makes indicators, head-taillights and LEDs better emissive. In some cars, indicators was not visible, now works fine.

Navigate in OpenIV 2.6 to update/update.rpf/common/data and Replace the visualsettings.dat in archive with modified.

Remember to make backup original files. I don't know if this works online.

Reduced Taillights (-10%)
Brighter Dashboard, Doorlights, Neons, EMSLights, Platelight
Update 1.2
Reduced Headlights - was to bright (same as taxi ad light)
Increased emissive for neons - now are visible better
