1 - Run OpenIV
2 - Go to x64g.rpf\levels\gta5\generic\gtxd.rpf\
3 - Replace sc1block11.ytd & sc1block11+hi.ytd

This replaces the textured graffiti from C.G.F Families to the Ballas gang.
