Automotive Classifier: Perfecting Vehicle Categorization

This mod aims to fix the issue of vehicle class misallocation in Grand Theft Auto 5. It does not replace any files but modifies them, making it compatible with most handling mods and other mods that modify vehicles.meta. Installation is automated through an OIV installer.
