Installation Instruction
1. Open your OpenIV and enable EDIT MODE.
2. Ensure the "x64c" file is present in the "mods" folder. If not, copy it from the main game folder and paste it into the "mods" folder.
3. Replace the "prop-phone-ing-03.ydr" located at: x64c.rpf /levels/ gta5/ props/ levdes- lev-des.rpf
4. Save your changes, and you're finished!
