Addressing Dust Delay Issues

Although this game is highly optimized, even with a 3090 graphics card, frame rates would drop to the 40s when firing a minigun on a dusty surface. This mod aims to rectify that issue by reducing the impact of dust particles when shooting or hovering a helicopter over sandy terrain.

Installation:

1. You will need Openiv with asi loader and the "mods" folder enabled within Openiv.
2. Next, open the OIV package located in the zip folder using Openiv and click the install button. Ensure that the mod is installed in the "mods" folder and not the game folder.
