Abandoned Residence - Set Piece

This house model can be integrated into GTA 5 using either Menyoo or Codewalker as an object/prop.

FiveM Installation

1. Open Codewalker.
2. Import the .ydr and .ytyp files.
3. Spawn a new prop and name it "house2".
4. Place the house prop in your desired location.
5. Save all changes and transfer the files to a stream folder.

The house will now be accessible within the game.

Single-Player Installation

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Drag and drop the files into the addonprops DLC pack.
3. Utilize the addonprops exe to add the mod with the following settings:
• LodDist 0
• Flags 0
• S.A 0
• propname: house2
• Textures Embedded
