install to:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpheist4/dlc2.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/prop_h4_money_01.rpf

put OpenIV in edit mode and drag and drop h4_prop_h4_cash_stack_01a.ydr to replace the old one.
