Features original GTA 5 grass, animated flag and banner, clipping hand fix, GTA 5 vegetation, and GTA 5 lighting. Download the "No Boundary Limits" plugin from gta5-hub.com before starting installation (for Singleplayer mode). Drop the folder into your mod\update\x64\dlcpacks directory and edit dlclist.xml located in mod\update\update.rpf\common\data.
Add the following line to dlclist.xml:
dlcpacks:akiyama
