Work Crew's Coastal Retreat

This is my latest creation - a beachfront office for the "DmiGangPro" crew from GTA Online! It took about 10 hours to build, and I put a lot of thought into it. Unfortunately, my PC isn't powerful enough to fully complete the construction. I'm sharing what I have so far and ask that you be understanding. You can see more in the video included along with screenshots.

To install this mod, you will need:

• ScriptHook
• ScriptHookV
• ScriptHookV.NET
• NativeUI
• Object list 10k
• Open IV (optional)
• MapEditor (required)

Instructions:

1. Download and open the file. Move the file to the root folder "DmiGangPro" in your GTA 5 game directory.
2. Once in the game, press F7 and select "download". Then choose "XML", "search", and enter the name of the map - DmiGangPro.
3. After the map loads, head to the lake (shown in the screenshot).
