Installation steps:

1. >Drag and drop fesejijiaren (located within the DLC file) into \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks using OpenIV.
2. >Navigate to dlclist \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist and append the following line: dlcpacks:\fesejijiaren\.
3. > Launch the game
