Velocity Enhancement Ring [Menyoo]

This is a custom-built test track, a high-speed oval designed to assess the top speed capabilities of various vehicles. It floats above the entirety of San Andreas and spans 26 kilometers (16 miles) with sharply curved sections. Straight stretches exceed 7 kilometers (4 miles) in length. Installation instructions should be familiar, but a readme file is included for reference.

BUGS:
Due to the presence of over 500 objects in the Spooner menu, graphical glitches are possible.
