INFORMATION

1. Requires: Menyoo Trainer
2. Installation: GTAV directory -> menyooStuff -> Spooner (and drop CarCrash.xml there)
2.1 Ingame: Open Trainer -> Object Spooner (or F9) -> Manage Saved Files -> Load Placements (CarCrash.xml)

A Drug Dealer Speeding on The Highway which turns into a Fatal Car Crash, the officers and the Investigators found a Firearm in the car and a box with Drugs.
