To recreate a police riot in Los Sandos, inspired by the George Floyd protests, follow these instructions within the GTA 5 game environment: 1. Download Menyoo. 2. Move the "RIOT" folder into the Spooner directory. 3. Activate the mod using the F9 key while in-game. Additionally, download the Riot ped mod from a modding website (link removed for privacy).
