Unique Contemporary Residence (Map Editor)

Hello friends, I've created what I believe to be one of my best mods yet - a rare and modern house situated near the lifeguard office area by the beach. This mod offers a variety of features and there are plans for even more additions in version 2.0. Be sure to check it out at night to see the waterfall and personal home theater!

• 1 lounge area on the first floor with views of the bustling roads

• 1 personal home theater for enjoying movies and TV shows

• Space for a toilet area at the top
• A modern kitchen
• A relaxation area at the top
• A working garage

Installation Instructions

1. Copy the "rare house 1" & "rare modern house" files from my mod and paste them into your gtav main directory.
2. Run gtav, open mapeditor by pressing F7, load a map, go to "others," search for the "rare house 1" & "rare modern house" xml files, and load them.
3. I've also provided an additional file for cars. Go to your gta v directory/ menyoo/ spooner/, and paste the file there.
4. Run gtav, open menyoo by pressing F8, go to "spooner stuff" > "manage saved file" > "carz," and load the placements. You will then be teleported.

Run gtav and enjoy!

Important Notes

• Please do not modify or upload my mod to any other site. However, you are welcome to create a YouTube video showcasing it, as long as you provide credit and a link to my mod in the description.

Known Issues

I have not encountered any bugs.
