This mod requires:

Place the file in your GTA V - menyoostuff folder -> Spooner.

In game:

Go to Object Menyoo (F8) > Spooner > Manage Saved Files and select offroad test.
Then select Load Placements.

This mod is an offroad challenge to see which cars can complete it.

Enjoy the map !!
