Mod Features:
- Introduces a new underwater base to the game using a .net script
- Adds marines guarding the base
- Press "N" to respawn NPCs if they are deceased
Consult the location picture within the downloaded rar file for the precise base coordinates.
Installation Instructions: 1. Launch OpenIV and enter edit mode. Navigate to common.rpf/data/levels/gta5 2. Replace water.xml with the one included in the download. 3. Place SecretUnderwaterBase.dll file in the GTA V "scripts" folder 4. Put SpawnUnderwaterBaseNPCS.dll file in the GTA V "scripts" folder
