Singeplayer:

The map in the .rar file should be moved into mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks

You will also need to make changes to two files via OpenIV.

First:

mods > update > update.rpf > common > data > dlclist.xml

Add the following line at the bottom of the file:

dlcpacks:\rebelstudios\

Then:

mods > update > update.rpf > common > data > extratitleupdatedata.xml

Add the following lines at the bottom of the file:

		dlc_rebelstudios/
		update:/dlc_patch/rebelstudios/	

FiveM:

1. Drag the folder "RebelStudios" into your "resources" folder.
2. Then go to your server.cfg and add the line "start RebelStudios".
3. Before starting your FiveM server, empty the server's cache. This may prevent map-related issues.
