Ensure the map editor is installed.
Create a "scripts" folder inside your GTA directory.
Copy the file "ultra music festival 2015" into the "AutoloadMaps" folder within the "scripts" folder in your GTA V directory.

Drive to the symphony orchestra stage and enjoy the party.
