Read me:

Installation steps:

1. >Drag and drop jiqiren (located in the DLC file) into \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks using OpenIV.
2. >Then go to dlclist \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist and add the dlcpacks:\jiqiren\ line.
3. > Run the game
4. > Enjoy the game :)
