The North Loop of Nürburgring

This is a Map Editor track based on the real Nürburgring Nordschleife track. Google Earth measurements were used for accuracy.

Installation

1. You need the latest version of Guadmaz Map editor. 2. Place the file "Nordschleife.xml" into the scripts/AutoloadMaps folder. 3. The track will load at the start of the game and you will be teleported to it. 4. If you can't find the start, refer to picture 5.

Bugs

Community Races are not possible on this track due to freezing issues. The track also includes some bumps and jumps not present on the real Nordschleife. This is a limitation of Cunning Stunts props used in the Map Editor, which prevent smooth transitions between different elevations. For a truly realistic experience of the Nordschleife, consider purchasing Assetto Corsa and playing it with a steering wheel. Underground props are displayed in low resolution due to Map Editor limitations. They were included to prevent the track from appearing to float in mid-air.
