Terrace at Del Perro Heights

I've noticed that buildings lack some form of population on the roof, so I've created a populated terrace bar on top of a Del Perro Heights apartment. To install: simply place the .xml file in the root directory and in the map editor type "delperroterrace". Feel free to provide feedback if you would like something added or changed.
