Tactical Team Hostage Extraction and Neutralization - Utilize Aerial Ladder for Access

The LSPD have surrounded a construction site, where "Harold Joseph," also known as "Stretch," has barricaded himself with hostages. Stretch is wanted for multiple murders, drug trafficking, and weapons dealing. The LSPD cannot deploy helicopters or SWAT teams to the upper floors due to C4 explosives planted there. Elevators are also shut down.

Your team's objective is to access the top floor using the ladders on the tall yellow crane. This will allow for a surprise attack and access to both floors. Be cautious, as the top floor has only a metal beam to cross over.

Stretch is believed to be on the top floor with two helicopters undergoing repairs after SWAT agents disabled their propellers. Your priority is to neutralize Stretch.

You can choose to complete this mission solo or utilize a bodyguard mod and spawn SWAT agents for assistance.
