This Underwater Beach House, created using Menyoo and Map Builder, is a spacious two-level residence nestled beneath the waves near Venice Beach. For those seeking a refreshing swim, descend the stairs beneath the house to access crystal-clear waters.

The first level features a bathroom and a serene bedroom complete with an office for convenient work-from-home arrangements. Version 2.0 introduces a secure garage beneath the house, perfect for storing your submersible vehicle.

Installation

IMPORTANT: Please read these instructions carefully. If you do not have a mods folder in your GTA5 directory, create one and place the original common.rpf file (located in your GTA5 main folder) into it.

Installation Steps

A] WATER

Before launching GTA5, open OpenIV and navigate to the following directory: common.rpf/data/level/gta5.

Back up water.xml as a precaution in case any issues arise. Then, replace it with the water.xml file included in this archive.

B] ADDON [ymap file]

Copy and paste the "custom maps" folder into your mods>update>x64>dlcpacks directory.

Using OpenIV, add "dlcpacks: custom maps" to dlclist.xml located in mods update.rpf common data. Alternatively, if you already have a "custom maps" folder, navigate to mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf and add the file "underwater beach house 2.ymap". Do not rename this file, as OpenIV will handle the necessary renaming.

C] MENYOO [xml file]

Copy "underwater beach house 2.xml" from this archive to your GTAV menyooStuff Spooner directory. Launch GTA5 and press F8 to open Menyoo. Select "ObjectSpooner", then "SavedFiles". Load "underwater beach house 2.xml". You will be teleported directly to your new underwater home!
