Stairwell Anomaly 087

This map addition introduces "The Stairwell" (SCP - 087) into the game.

SCP-087, also known as the Stairwell, is an unlit platform staircase that descends infinitely.

Requirements: Menyoo PC SP (found at https://www.gta5-hub.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp )

Installation: Extract the file into menyoostuff - Spooner Launch GTA5 Open Menyoo - Manage saved file - Load xml file
