This magnificent villa was created using [YMAP] and [Map Builder].

PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY!

If you don't have a mods folder, create one and put the original common.rpf located in your GTA5 main folder into your mods folder.

1. It is very important to download Map Builder 4.0 for some walls and grounds.

2. Download Custom Props Add-On [BETA 3]

3. Download Panda Craft Mods

Installation requires OPEN IV.

Copy and paste the "magnifik villa" folder to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
Finally, add "dlcpacks: magnifik villa " in dlclist.xml using OpenIV. Navigate to: mods update.rpf common data
