Installation instructions:

1. Download and install Menyoo from this link: [link removed]
2. Download and install Map Builder from this link: [link removed]
3. Go into the main folder of GTA V, then navigate to menyooStuff/Spooner. Copy the file.
4. Open GTA V
5. Once the game is loaded, open the Menyoo menu (press F8)
6. Navigate to Object Spooner
7. Select Manage Saved Files
8. Choose the file you copied earlier.
9. Press Load Placement
10. Enjoy the house!
11. To open the door, you need to enable dynamic elements for each one using Menyoo (contact me if you have any issues).
