Map Editor (Mostly Menyoo)
Scripthook V

Installation:
1. Download file
2. Paste contents of download into GrandTheftAutoV>menyooStuff>Spooner
3. Launch the game and Storymode
4. Open Menyoo Spooner (ingame)
5. Load FleaMarket2 Placements
6. Head down by the Strip Club (where the parking are under highway is)
7. ENJOY!
