Sandy Shores Harbor Design Studio

This mod introduces a new docking bay to the Sandy Shores area in Grand Theft Auto V. The lake at the heart of Sandy Shores, nestled between Mount Chilliad, lacked any official docking facilities for boats. This mod addresses that issue by adding a detailed harbor complete with tugboats, regular boats, workers, and even a crane.

Due to the sometimes aggressive nature of individuals in Sandy Shores, the area is guarded by Merryweather security personnel.

INSTALLATION:

1. Ensure you have ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet, Open All Interiors, Map Editor, and Expanded Objects List installed.
2. Place the "docks01" file into your game's directory.
3. Launch Grand Theft Auto V.
4. Press F7 to open Map Editor and select "Load File".
5. Enter "docks01" and press Enter.
6. Head to the location shown in the pictures folder and enjoy the new harbor!

Known Issues:

• Peds (characters) may occasionally spawn in incorrect positions or exhibit unusual animations.
• Tugboat textures might change unexpectedly when viewed from a distance.
• The front gate, intended to open and close, has disappeared.
