The military has established a base around the Life Invader building to protect themselves from the apocalypse or as a central hub during Martial Law.

Installation:
Drag "Life Invader Safe Zone" into menyoostuff > Spooner > Load GTA > Manage Saved Files > "Life Invader Safe Zone" > Load Placements.
