Ruined Structure [SP / FiveM]

This mod adds a building next to the police station. The building caught fire a few years ago and is now abandoned and partially destroyed. This building is mainly made for apocalypse or zombie servers, but you can always use it for something else. This is my first test at making a destroyed building, so it's not perfect.

As you saw in the title, the mod is compatible with Single Player and FiveM.

I'm not very good at 3D modeling, so please be forgiving.

You can find screenshots in higher resolution in the file.

Here is a list of additions:

• Destroyed building
• Player collision, weapon functionality
• LODs work at any distance

Bugs & Flaws

• Single player only: The occlusions are still there despite having removed them.
• Some parts of the building are not perfect.
• (If you find any other bugs, you can tell me in the comments)

Installation

For the SP version, it is in the form of a dlcpack. For the FiveM version, it is a stream. All installation instructions are in the file.
