Oh no, not another Franklin house remodel!
I apologize, but this is my first mod, and it's the simplest way to utilize Franklin's residence.
I've made some modifications around the house, including a "roofgarden" with a helipad, comfortable lounge areas, and a bar. I dislike pedestrians on my property, so there are none present.
In the neighbor's garden, I've created a party scene: two individuals playing music on a large stage while people celebrate. Naturally, there are pedestrians here!
To install, simply place the XML file in your game directory and load the map using the editor, or put it in the autoloadmaps folder. Enjoy, and please share your thoughts!
