Road Network Management System (Mapping Tool)

Because some traffic violations have occurred and many unpaid invoices remain outstanding, the government has developed a new plan: construct a traffic control center above a road to monitor all passing vehicles. Special cameras and computer equipment enable direct payment or offense deposit into mailboxes. Not everyone approves of this system; Trevor recently attempted to sabotage the central server but was unsuccessful.

Requirements:
Latest version of Map Editor 2.15 by Guad & Oldnapalm

An Objectlist containing Biker and Import & Export Props, Special Races, Gunrunning, Smugglers Run, and The Doomsday Heist DLC props. [one is added in the download]
Object Spawn Unlocker 1.1 to access more objects. If you use Menyoo, this is not required.

How to load the Traffic Control Centre map:
Place the traffic.xml and Object Spawn Unlocker 1.1 into your GTA 5 base directory. Place the objectlist in your scripts folder (this objectlist includes Biker & Import & Export, Special Races, Gunrunning, Smugglers Run, & The Doomsday Heist DLC props). Consider deleting your invalidobjects list to ensure you receive all items from this list. Press F7 in-game but do not enter Map Editor. Load the map manually by typing "traffic"; the map will automatically teleport you to the golf club to load all props, after which you'll be sent to the building. Avoid loading this map with Autoloadmaps as some elements may not load correctly. Use Object Spawn Unlocker 1.1 only in conjunction with Map Editor; if you load the map with Menyoo, it is unnecessary.

You can also use a trainer to set "everybody ignores player" for a more enjoyable experience with the office personnel...
The Ymap version can be found [here]. The two lamp posts from the highway will be present inside the building. You will still need Map Editor to delete world objects and place pedestrians. Hopefully, the ymap tool will improve.
